How long is the shelf life of the prepared curries and rice?
The shelf life of our curries and rice is two 2-3 days, please check the use by date.
Can you freeze the meals?
Our curries and breads are suitable for home freezing.
Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
The DPD tracking system allows you to track the delivery in real-time.
For any reason you are unable to receive and sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place or collect your parcel from a local pickup shop (restrictions apply to the last option).
Please note while we make every effort to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Mirch Masala cannot take responsibility for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to rectify the problem.
If delivery fails on the selected day, it will NOT be reattempted the next day.
Do your spices/spice blends come with recipes?
We have recipes that are available on our website. We will be regularly be adding new recipes for your use.
I would like to send my order as a gift, can you add a message?
We are able to include a note in the box. Please make sure to fill in your gift message in the space provided at checkout.
Are your spices gluten free?
All the spices we use are gluten-free, however, they are processed in a facility that also handles items with gluten.
Do you use any artificial colours, additives or preservatives in your spices?
All spices are all natural and use no preservatives.
