Refund policy

As all items on our website are food products, once received all sales are final. 

However, if you are unhappy with your goods for a legitimate reason such as: missing or damaged contents, or the package did not arrive, we will offer a full refund as long as you can provide evidence of the same. Please let us know with in 24 hours of receiving your package. 

To start a return, you can contact us at store@mirch-masala.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (for non-perishiable items), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
