Where we deliver

We deliver to all parts of mainland UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Highlands of Scotland and Northern Ireland.

SPICES (SPICES ONLY ORDERS)

£3.50 for Standard Delivery Royal Mail 48 (3 - 5 Days) - Shipped Mon to Fri.

Recipe Boxes and Curries, Breads & Rice (Spices can also be added)

We have a minimum order value of £20 for chilled shipping, with free delivery on orders over £50. Tracked UK delivery is £6.95.

We deliver nationwide on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Orders are to be made by midnight on Friday for delivery on Tuesday and by midnight on Tuesday for delivery on Friday.

Our delivery partner

For our chilled delivery service we use DPD. DPD offer a ‘predict’ delivery service whereby they inform customers of a one-hour delivery window notified by SMS and/or email – so you don’t have to wait in all day.

The DPD tracking system allows you to track the delivery in real-time.

For any reason you are unable to receive and sign for your order, DPD offer a range of ‘in flight’ options such as: deliver to neighbour, have the parcel delivered to a safe place or collect your parcel from a local pickup shop (restrictions apply to the last option).

Please note while we make every effort to get your order to you in the stated time frame, Mirch Masala cannot take responsibility for our courier’s failure to deliver to the specified time due to adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. In these instances, we will, however, make our best efforts to rectify the problem.

If delivery fails on the selected day, it will NOT be reattempted the next day.
